Obtaining accurate fire alarm information is becoming increasingly difficult.  The current regulation requires each owner to provide fire alarm information by Jan. 31 and July 31 of each year.  There is a one time late fee of $250 for not providing fire alarm information by these deadlines.  Some owners are delinquent in providing this information despite the $250 fine.  At the 2026 annual Condo Association meeting a new regulation was proposed:  Owners that do not provide fire alarm information by the Jan. 31 and July 31 deadlines will be fined $250 PER MONTH until their fire alarm information is provided to the Condo Association.
